1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by West Tennessee Junk Removal ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Description

West Tennessee Junk Removal provides junk removal, moving services, and related services to residential and commercial customers throughout West Tennessee. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Furniture removal and disposal
• Appliance removal and disposal
• Moving services for homes and businesses
• Office cleanouts
• Construction debris removal
• General junk and waste removal

The specific services provided will be those agreed upon between you and the Company at the time of booking.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

When scheduling our services, we will provide an estimated time window for arrival. While we strive to be punctual, various factors may affect our arrival time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the volume, weight, type of items, location, and labor required. We provide estimates before beginning work, but the final price may change if the scope of work differs from what was initially described.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. For commercial clients, invoicing terms may be arranged separately.

A deposit may be required for larger jobs or when specialized equipment is needed.

5. Property Access and Condition

You are responsible for ensuring our team has appropriate access to the areas where services will be performed. This includes providing necessary keys, codes, parking permits, or other means of access.

You represent that all items designated for removal are your property or that you have the authority to dispose of them. We reserve the right to refuse removal of items that appear to be hazardous, illegal, or not properly owned by you.

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot accept certain hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

• Chemicals, paints, solvents, oils, or fuels
• Asbestos or materials containing asbestos
• Biological or medical waste
• Radioactive materials
• Explosives or ammunition
• Certain electronics or appliances containing hazardous components (varies by location)

If you are unsure whether an item is prohibited, please ask before scheduling service.

7. Liability and Damage

While we take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property, we are not responsible for unavoidable damage that may occur during the normal course of junk removal or moving services, such as minor wall scuffs, scratches to floors, or lawn indentations.

Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect any reported damage before accepting liability.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Recycling and Disposal

We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices. When possible, items will be recycled, donated, or otherwise diverted from landfills. However, we cannot guarantee specific disposal methods for all items.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
